Detox Blended Salad

Blended Salads are not only nice and have lots of nutrition, you can also use them to help you detox. Carrots, beets and lemon support the liver and are great to add to your salad.

  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 small carrot or 1/2 large carrot
  • 1/2 cucumber with skin intact
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1/4 beet or 1/2 small beet
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • juice of ½ lime
  • 1″ slice of avocado
  • *1 garlic clove optional


Put lettuce and tomato in your blender and process until they are liquified. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until liquid.
