This is a smoothie for the brave. Because this is a savory smoothie there are no fruits to mellow the dandelion taste. If you want to make more of a salad out of this smoothie, just don’t add any water. If you like a juicier smoothie, add some more.
- Dandelions to taste
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 Meyer lemon
- Pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt (optional)
- Some pepper to taste
For a smoothie add some water. For a salad, just mix until desired consistency.
As always, use your Vitamix, other high powered blender or your regular kitchen blender to make this great smoothie.
